The “Unusual Case”
Sometimes a client has a problem that is outside the ordinary bounds, or even unique. The experience of our attorneys includes matters such as drafting and implementing legislation to convert to a public benefit corporation a hospital of the New York State Health Department (Roswell Park Cancer Institute), and a lawsuit against a bishop and diocese of the Roman Catholic Church brought under canon law in the papal courts.
